Pros

I currently work at memoryBlue in the SDR role and it is a great experience. I had no sales experience coming into this role, this is my first job out of college and the amount I have learned about the tech sales industry is insane. I have constant support from my amazing manager, director, and my team in which I work very closely with. The culture here is also great, everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed, and so the teamwork is great. This is definitely something I wanted in a job and I have for sure found it here at mB. There is also so many different paths you can take after the SDR role, the massive range of roles is another thing that makes this company great. It is also a sales role that has a great work/life balance, you will not be overworked how you are at some other sales roles.

Cons

One downside is how the tech sales industry is always changing, but it is also good to learn new skills.
