      Pros

      Quick promotions, good ambient, cool people, international, learning by doing, lots of flexibility and freedom, Erasmus feeling. Fun.

      Cons

      Bad salaries, and payment inequality. Forget the work-life-balance, not so good organization, quite a caos. They don't take into consideration the interns, juniors and managers feedback. Lots of feedback for a specific person (in more senior position in retail), but no change. They prefer to ''lose'' time hiring new people instead of keeping the ones who are already there. Several burn-out cases.
