      Amazing for personal career growth but not fulfillment

      Pros

      Whether you join Emma as an intern, fresh grad, or seasoned corporate worker, if you're under the correct manager, you'll find a huge boost/movement in your career in as little as 6 months into your tenure. Rather than a bonuses or allowances, you get that lumpsumped into your total paycheck.

      Cons

      Prepare to have your soul and passion drained in exchange for that career boost. This company loves meetings but not direction. Even the C-suites and highest members of management admit that it is the loudest leaders heard and followed. Great for when you want a crash course in office politics.
