Amazing colleagues, good workplace environment. Despite the fluctuation in employees, HR does a good job of selecting people.. The company really allows you to test possibilities and be free to create impact and show results. I was very happy during the time I worked for Emma and I'm grateful for the opportunity

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, young new professionals with leading positions who have no idea what the real world of business is. Absurd workload for some teams and many people with no idea what they're doing.
