Fast paced scale up, many different challenges Great people working there Multicultural environment, multiple nationalities and backgrounds Office is really cool Remote work for techies

Cons

All work is reduced to how visible it is. Several people get left behind in promotions and such over people that work way less, but talk more. Director of Tech Product and Head of Engineering have no idea on how does engineering leadership should work. Once they got promoted, they converted a very healthy environment into a micromanaging hellhole. Director of Tech Product is a bully that morally harass most of the team in a regular basis. Head of Engineering never managed a team before, and his lack of experience is notable in all his bad decisions and behaviors. C-level can't see, or choose not to, and don't react to those problems. Tech teams are underpaid.
