No micromanagement Most colleagues are nice and help each other Salary above average Can offer better learning opportunities than most companies

Cons

Extremely poor organization, the company is not good at planning ahead and coming through with the plan Work volumes are most often overwhelming (also due to poor organization, the company never made effort to standardize and make efficient their processes, because of this many things work in a slow and time consuming fashion) Trainings in the company are hectic and too little. No proper handover but you will take over the role of process owner Too much effort and proactiveness from employees required A lot of overtime required and I heard that some people were not even taking it back as if you do you will be seen as the weird one Process improvements happen very slowly due to the work overload. The teams that are in charge of implementing the improvement are also overloaded
