Emma provides ample growth potential as well as a supportive work environment. I seldom felt overworked or that I did not have any support

Cons

The (currently not so) high rotation of personnel gives a vibe of lack of continuous processes but this is being tackled by senior hiring.

Pros

Good environment. Agile enough to let employees develop different skills. Good engagement between company and it's employees.

Cons

Priorities seem to be changing all the time. Not too inclusive in terms of Woman in high management and people from different etnicities (outside of the ones where the offices are located)
