- Great interviewers, who are engaged and had fun with - Learned a lot about the company - Clear and timely communication from recruiting team - Doing a great job since they are doing blitz recruiting and having to recruit so many people, still keeping the focus on quality - Clear expectations

Cons

- Cognitive puzzle questions are fine, but one from every interviewer? :D

- The learning curve is very steep - It’s not just possible but very much encouraged to be entrepreneurial and change things (quite different from what I have seen/heard from most corporate environments) - The team is young and passionate and cares about what they do - Days are not predictable = days are not boring! Extreme growth requires high degree of flexibility

Cons

Not for people who are looking for a routine-heavy 9-5 job
