      -Low Salary -Toxic environment -Favouritism -No regard or incentive for hard work -Free drinks considered as "benefits" in a 2020 workplace -Fails to inspire loyalty

      - Interview process and turnaround is quick - Culture is very lively and everyone seems to be friendly - The "Emma DNA" is well thought of and organized

      Cons

      - People Team isn't as effective as they seem to be, they try to be helpful but it's not enough - Attrition rate is very high - The way feedback process is given is quite disorganized. There's what we call a People Sounding Board, but it doesn't and can't help improvement in some areas - Regularization can be tricky, there's a loophole that your manager can proceed with not regularizing you without getting feedback from other people - Since the work from home set-up, work hours become blurry
