      Very interesting interview process you get tested on a lot of different skills to see if you are suitable for the position. The interviewer are fun and friendly

      Having 3 interviews on the same day is a bit exhausting

      - Nice office - Benefits card is useful if you have health expenses - Diversity of people

      Cons

      After almost 2 years of the pandemic, where the company has grown the most, the CEO's have chosen to follow a very strict office rule - we can only work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. They are always trying to control the employees, even if that means putting everyone on the same floor to monitor who is coming to the office or not. We are in the 21st century, with all the tech companies going full remote or adopting a hybrid working scheme and Emma seems not to care about that. The last company email sent from the CEO said: "And just to be very clear: not coming to the office Monday to Wednesday and/or not filling home office days correctly can have substantial consequences.". In the long term, no one feels motivated to work in a totalitarian company.

      - Good and transparent management - Good environement between all the coworkers - People from all parts of the world allowing a much richer experience - Good work conditions - Good balance between personal and profissional life

      - Obligation on going to the office certain days in a time when everyone is realizing that is much better to be able to choose - Too many meetings/calls
