      Supportive team, colleagues, good atmosphere. This company is really into cross teams discussions so that everyone can get involved in others activities and share different points of view to grow the business. Open to young people and generally the culture is truly committed to diversity and inclusion values.

      Cons

      No extra hours system (but alternative solutions can be found depending on the team). Risk takers (this depends on which prospective you have)

      People are friendly, helpful and motivated. Internal communication is transparent and inclusive. Onboarding and people development initiatives are good.

      Cons

      Rigid office rules (fixed office days for everyone, no home office option during Christmas) The lack of processes and clear ownership can create frustration and inefficiency. Rather homogeneous talent pool
