- TL;DR: STAY AWAY. All the bad reviews you read here are true. Do not trust the good reviews, most are left by people who just started. Look at how many job positions are constantly being opened on Linkedin.
- Completely unstructured company playing the startup card to squeeze employees like lemons by requesting all sorts of different tasks that are NOT in their skill set. Processes do not exist, and you can be blamed for not taking ownership of those processes.
- You are hired with a job title, only to soon find out you will most likely be doing EVERYTHING BUT what you were hired to do.
- They don't care for how long you have worked there. If you do not generate what they call "impact", even if it's a useless initiative that does nothing, you will be kicked out. You are constantly being pressured by higher ups to come up with new ideas and processes, to the point of being toxic.
- The onboarding process is awful. You get close to zero support from anyone, unless you are lucky enough to have a good Lead and team mates. You are pretty much left off to find things out for yourself.
- Toxic CEOs. All they care about is numbers. CEO truly believes that bonuses are bad. Also believes that WFH is not good for the company. CEO believes that 10% turnover rate is "normal". Anytime someone mentions salaries, CEO will get very annoyed and defensive.
- You can be in an office, and your Lead may be working in a DIFFERENT CONTINENT. Sure, pretty normal these days. The problem is when your lead does not care about you, and in the course of months, gives you, if you are lucky, one feedback session. Great way to support people, especially the ones who are new to the company.
