      Pros

      The interviews were very different from all the other companies I had interviewed at before. Rather than being focused on your achievements, it was more process-oriented which I liked. The onboarding was also very easy & efficient as well. I only had to submit the soft copies of my Pre-Employment Requirements, and got free lunch during orientation. The people I’ve met seem kind, goal-driven, & happy and I’m really excited to work with more Emmies in the future!

      None so far, it seems like a great company :)

      Good for people at the beginning of their careers

      Ownership A lot of responsibility High learning curve (not really about the job, but more about yourself and how you interract with people)

      Cons

      over hours of other employees create pressure political environment gossips low salary in the future if i would stay
