Unstructured, little appreciative, highly competitive work environment Bad work life balance, almost everyone works plenty of unpaid extra hours Most of the team leads are junior people with very limited leading experience and oberwhelmed by their roles People who can‘t deal with the pressure and don‘t meet the performance expectations need to fear to get dismissed

It became more political than performance :( Middle management has a lot of opinions rather than critical inputs to move to a better future High Performance is expected every single time, Prepare yourself for super energy levels No boundaries on responsibilities make things fluffy and recognition is lost :( More benefits and recognition for new employees, great changes however the old ones get lost
