      The worst company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      The ONLY good thing is that the company is pet friendly.

      Cons

      A corporation that is entirely chaotic, with only amateur teams, and non-professional managers. Nobody appreciates the creative department's professionals. A ridiculous quantity of everyday work with no overtime paid or profit sharing. For a city as costly as Frankfurt, the salary is absolutely out of current with the job market. There was no assistance from HR, and the board explicitly stated that Emma is not a firm that values work-life balance, and that if you did not agree, you were free to leave. Many managers are burned out, and coworkers are crying in the restroom on a daily basis, is the worst place for anyone's mental health.

      The application process is excellent and reflects the fantastic culture of the company! The company is very welcoming, and I rapidly felt at ease at Emma thanks to a great onboarding!!!

      I recommend a more gamified onboarding to go further in the already excellent welcoming of the Sleep company Emma!!!
