Pros

Pets friendly. International working environment.

Cons

95% chance that you work without proper guidance. No one is there to guide you, you are on your own even when you have a team lead. No one is an expert in their position (except the IT and Data team), so you can't really learn professional knowledge or grow vertically in your field. Salary is always lower than the median. No bonus or precise promotion mechanism means that you might never get a fair promotion because there are no criteria to benchmark. The current management levels are full of people without clear visions, meaning that most of your work might go nowhere in the end because they constantly change their strategy.

Pros

Ownership from week 1 is a reality. Very good hybrid work culture. Fantastic team spirit in the Opex team. Many teams and team members very high performing and this motivates you to challenge oneself even further.

Cons

Getting assistance from other teams could be challenging at times because of capacities and priorities. Workplace very loud at times. Car parking solution is absolutely not optimal and should be improved. No dedicated space for bi-cycle parking (atleast I am not aware of it).

Pros

The culture and support for employees at Emma is above average. There is intention and effort put into the work experience and effort put in to connect employees with the larger strategy of the company.

Cons

Process change is challenging. If a process changes, there is occasionally not great communication of that. And when a new process or exception is found, it can be difficult to identify the appropriate owner.
