      Good salary and opportunity to work on a high tech industry, which is rare in Brazil.

      One Big family to work with.... lots of room to learn and promote within the company. You are valued as a team member.

      Cons

      None to mention..... for a foreign owned entity, they are top notch. Company is about taking care of its company as well as it's "family" of employees. Good benefits.
