      * Salaries are not competitive * Major disconnect between management and site/employees * Company belief is that you live FOR the company and expect you to be available 24/7 with minimal compensation or appreciation * Regardless of how far in advance you request time off certain times of the year are essentially blackout dates, generally end of every quarter as well as all of November-December. * Company heavily relies upon Brazil sites and refuses access to necessary information required to perform jobs based on your nationality.
