      Generous paid-time-off and floating holidays, overtime opportunity, laid-back and reasonable maintenance management staff, low-stress work environment, 4 day 10 hour work weeks

      Cons

      No opportunity to learn new skill set outside specialty or job-shadow Avionics, Composite Repair, Sheet Metal, etc. even off the clock.

      Plenty of parking, high tech computer supply, great work space. Free Coffee is good.

      Cons

      Too many gossip, low salary, if you are not an engineer or expect or a leader relative you will be stuck in your position. When I started I was told they invested in their employees but everytime I asked to take a course the request was denied.
