Liberdade para criar, tempo para estudar, ambiente propício para aprendizado e crescimento. Sem duvidas esta empresa é uma escola e forma alguns dos melhores engenheiros do mundo. E outras empresas sabem disso.

Cons

A empresa não consegue reter profissionais devido à competitividade salarial com outras empresas aeronáuticas de fora do país. Os salários nas competidoras em muitos casos é mais que o dobro do salário na Embraer.

Good products, interesting projects, friendly colleagues.

Cons

Very bad management led by sting people. They manage an aerospace company and thus they manage billions of dollars in assets. Nonetheless, they try to save in coffee, food, computers for engineers, salaries, etc. They sell airplanes in dollars in international markets with international prices, pay engineers in BRL (which is very low when converted to USD) and do all you can to not raise salaries.
