Manager is trying to push out Brazil and take over with automotive industry. IT (I. T.) is a joke. No established HR department. You simply can not trust anyone.

Too many Chiefs not enough Indians within this MRO , could operate more efficiently with out all the micro managing and useless Lean / Kaizen policies , needs to focus more on producing a quality product not just producing sub-part work. Lacks in attention to detail the management focuses upon budgets and schedules rather than quality and safety.
