Often you will be expected to knock out precision-heavy graphics in under a few hours while juggling surprise meetings and/or other inconveniences - some essential and confidential design tools are dated, making the process inefficient, while needing to be efficient to succeed - when a hot project pops up, employees are expected to work as much as necessary, whenever necessary, to accomplish it.
