Pros
Good foot-in-the-door to the industry. Will give you the necessary experience to later move on to more serious corporations and work on more challenging technologies. Benefits are all right and if you have good performance, you can pretty much do whatever you want (within reason).
Cons
Horrible management; not enough merit-based raises/promotions; you are eventually depending on how the company is doing financially to progress your career. Projects are always rushed although there was ample time to begin sooner if Programs and Project Management had been better coordinated. WAY too much bureaucracy (at the end of the day, it is a Brazilian company, after all) and you don't really get much opportunity for career growth; travel; raises.
