Still not trully structured to provide a carreer development plan... Some internal issues concerning management flaws, but in general is a good company to work for.

Great place to work if you are only a couple of years from retirement. Generally speaking it offers good benefits and market salary. 401 K match up to 6% (dolar for dolar).

Cons

Company in the US resembles a family company where promotions are not given to those who deserve but they are based on non-professional criteria.
