      Leading aerospace company, solid systems engineering background to learn from, growing in-house software development process, interface with several diffentent aerospace suppliers, great to acquire technical knowledge

      Cons

      As every big company, careers growth may not be as fast as you expect and it is not always fair to the good employees.

      Pros

      A combination of the company's top level engineering know how, working with aircraft (double pro on that), global exposure, a collegial and collaborative environment made my time working for Embraer very enjoyable.

      Cons

      The company has a slow career progression, making it hard to retain high achievers.
