Management quickly addresses co-workers that are not a good fit in the organization. Good communication and a lot of passion in the office. Very supportive co-workers, everyone wants to succeed

Embraer makes high quality aircraft and is a good company overall. Melbourne manufacturing plant is well organized and appears to be a good place to work.

Cons

People blaming problems on it being a start up company (meaning Eng department). Lack of processes, leadership, and teamwork. Not organized.
