Most employees define Embraer like a Mother, with a good benefit pack for the employees, excluding salaries.
Cons
If you are not an Engineer or Aviation skilled professional, such as ilots, Flight Attendants, Flight Dispatchers, opportunities of growth are low and also the company does not invest in training. Most administrative related personal are limited to trainings about organizational culture, compliance and in my last years I noticed that we were kept aside from decisions and celebration of achievements which makes us with a feeling that we are not important for the processes. Career plan in not priority for non-Aeronautical or non-Engineering professionals.
