Pros

Embraer is a solid industry with good pay and benefits. Embraer has good airplanes (quality products). Sao Jose dos Campos is a grate city, 1 hour from Sao Paulo and 1 hour from the beach.

Cons

Lots of "lean talking", but the company is still not efficient and organized. Too much time to be recognised and evolve in the career.

It´s an excellent company to work for, mainly for beginers and interns, the money and benefits is good.

Cons

For a mid level and senior career the supervisor don´t take enougth care to evaluate the salaries or training, and the company lose the good professionals for other companies.
