      World renowned High Tech Aerospace industry, with competitive products and professional work environment developing complex projects with increasing system engineering approach. Valued teamwork and career plans.

      Cons

      Brazilian political and economic environment, plus union conflicts and the absence of national competitors are not on the employee side. Lack of career movement may depend on scarce opportunities.

      Great product, give you proud to work with. Many internal opportunities, even by working in different projects, and change roles.

      Changes sometimes take a while to happen. Bonus policy should be better.

      Worst leadership remuneration system in a modern slave company

      Pros

      Good and friendly people, nothing more. Good products and technology. Good restaurant, pharmacy on site only in the headquarter. Parking.

      Cons

      Company managed by fear, leadership under remunerated, no autonomy to make decisions, cost reduction is the main driver for everything, leadership salary reduction to increase the profit, 60-80 work hours per week. Salary is unbalanced, engineers have bigger salary than leaders. Used to be a great company, now is modern slave company. Process are designed to control people's life, there is no trust inside the company. Benefits are unbalanced comparing all sites.
