Embraer is a solid industry with good pay and benefits. Embraer has good airplanes (quality products). Sao Jose dos Campos is a grate city, 1 hour from Sao Paulo and 1 hour from the beach.

Cons

Lots of "lean talking", but the company is still not efficient and organized. Too much time to be recognised and evolve in the career.
