      - Good reputation on brazilian market - Product is really great, interesting and worth knowing - You may have change to work on relevant projects of brazilian market, only avaiable through Embraer

      Cons

      - Management seems uncapable of taking right decisions, even when well informed - Toxic working environment, lots os politics - Low compensation, seems only executives makes money there

      Pros

      Good to learn and first job. Maybe there is a career if you want to play corporative game, get a manager position and go for another place.

      Cons

      Used to pay well, but it seems the business is shifting. The company used to hire only 5 star people, paying well. Now they don't care as long people accept low quality conditions.
