Pros

The aviation industry is great and Embraer is well positioned and has great product line. If you live in Brazil, is unlikely to find a best paying job to work with engineering. I mean, real enginnering.

Cons

The management is weak is make a small closed club that blocks the good new people to reach high positions. If you want to grow fast you must play the corporate politics game. Otherwise you can't get a raise in years, even if you do a great job consistently.
