      For the region (São José dos Campos), pays above average.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, rude supervisores, no meritocracy, you'll only be recognized if you work there for a long time. There's no space to grow in the area. Only a handfull of supervisors and managers.

      Challenging work with a good life balance and relatively good benefits.

      Cons

      Several times when you are promoted, you will only get new tons of responsibilities, but no raise in salary. They will tr y to convince you that it does not matter.
