      Pros

      For a young guy there was tons to work on. The parts/sales department does everything manually, and it's a giant automation waiting to happen.

      Cons

      My supervisor was working on a 3 year outdated database that the couldn't event delete tables on (they didn't convert to newer versions of access). Besides low documentation on tables the department is run relatively well but with old-school approaches. Would have been cool to see some agile approaches

      Pros

      The salary was adequate, benefits where above average ,on the job training and training course where above average , overtime available on a regular basis , and descent advancement opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs not enough Indians within this MRO , could operate more efficiently with out all the micro managing and useless Lean / Kaizen policies , needs to focus more on producing a quality product not just producing sub-part work. Lacks in attention to detail the management focuses upon budgets and schedules rather than quality and safety.
