      Pros

      Nice work place, friends. Everyday is a new challenge. But I work at the support, so is quite different from the engineering. Can work for an end-to-end solution, taking stake on the whole process.

      Cons

      Not so many opportunities. You can get stuck in your position. Very hierarchical.
