      Pros

      Good benefits as far as work life when things go smooth: Mondays and Fridays are work from home and every other Friday is free, with a 9/80 schedule.

      Cons

      When things aren't good, overtime becomes the expectation and there is no compensation for the overtime. When there is compensation, it comes with conditions that may or may not make you happy.

      Pros

      Near constant employee turnover allows you to get a lot of experience relativity early. Nice new facility.

      Cons

      Average raises are below inflation Limited promotion potential for non Brazilians Upper management is clueless Benefits get worse every year, health insurance costs 3x what it did 4 years ago.

      NONE , there were Pros prior to current Sr. leadership or should I say NON-leadership.

      Cons

      Sr Leadership has no idea what they're doing. Communication is lacking, morale is bad, some clown calls himself Customer happiness Officer.....Really?
