      OK, but with some minors.

      Pros

      Superb products, high technology, many horizontal opportunities.

      Cons

      As you go higher in career, if you are not a "manager" you may be seen as an "expensive" person. Reorgs are constant and management are not professionals. Very poor communication. HR doesn't exists.

      Family company but no future for woman

      Pros

      HR people are very friendly and helpful in the US.

      Cons

      Woman has not a great potential to grow in the company. Company's communication is not aligned, Brazil and US executives have conflicts, even in the same country. US executives barely speaks the official language of the company, Portuguese. They don't even try to learn.
