      Incredible co-workers, many with intelligence far above average. Challenging product. Good salary.

      Cons

      Most managers are weak and unprepared for their position. Meritocracy is missing. Professional growth happens through politics and friendship.

      Pros

      Great team where all coworkers are very nice and excellent environment. The workplace is very organized, modern and clean. Manager/Leader of the engineering team is fantastic, very comprehensive and an excellent leader that inspired our team to be great and keep it motivated.

      Salaries could be higher and more people are needed in the Engineering team because the workload is huge for the current team

      Good salary compared to other engineering companies in Brazil. Opportunity to work with edge technologies and new products. Good benefits - health insurance, leisure, gym.

      Cons

      No flexible working schedule, extra hours (especially in production and support), not so nice environment place. Many engineers coming from internal specialisation programme go abroad due to the lack of opportunities.
