      It’s a revolving door, management doesn’t listen to employees concerns, pay is low ,horrible rotating mid week schedules, opportunity for growth is limited.

      Vacation builds after 2 years....

      Cons

      Low pay. Portugues is primary in e-mails ect... FAA documents! Qualifications system prevents quick certification of prior experience. Machinery from FRANCE not standard US tooling and servicing equipment. Horrible pay. Brazilian inferiority complex.
