Pros

The work was flexible, which was great for me as I was able to come back to work during my university holidays.

Cons

The 0 hour contract was less helpful for some of my colleagues who requested more hours but often did not get the hours they needed. The management was also less than satisfactory, resulting in demotivated staff.

Paid weekly and the check wasn't much after taxes.

Cons

Pay was very low and hours weren't consistent weekly.
