Cons

Management is incompetent and unprofessional. They listen and play into gossip with employees, Never, ever tells anyone they did a good job or even thank you. People are treated like they don't matter......they do!

Fun Environment, looked after it's employees, free lunch in nice restaurant

Cons

At the time I left Elior (2012) the IT infrastructure was a bit behind the times so I had to leave to improve my skills, knowledge and experience

Pros

Free lunches. Good pay. .. Honestly I don’t know what else to say that’s good about the company tbh They don’t listen to their employees at all.

Cons

Early starts. The managers use you as much as they can, they do not care about their employees at all and it’s very obvious. So disorganised. A few people never got their pay for a whole month or two. Supposed to give me uniform I’m still waiting months after I’ve already started. When people see the employees they say we look distressed because of how management treat us
