Colleagues at a similar level were great, welcoming and very supportive. Free (ish) lunch, nothing abover average though.

Cons

Higher management are only out for themselves, no progression, lack of opportunities and not interested in any outsider input

Company trying to shift to a more modern company culture. Tightknit group despite little in-person interaction. Great ELT visibility. High levels of trust. Great teams of high level workers.

Cons

Weaker than average benefits, primarily 401K contribution matches. PTO allowance is okay, but not great.

People are ok but not close. The people at the units are great to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately my experience(3 plus years) leads me to write my first negative review of a company. Corporate is horribly disorganized and whenever they modify a procedure they never work through the issues before going live. Mostly a shared service issue.
