Cons

Poor culture, various Medical functions being led by not 1 person with any type of medical background. Leadership out of touch with reality. Abusive management unafraid of belittling, degrading and berating employees. Marketing and commercial focus over science focus. Consider it twice before leaving your career to join a company like this. Zero consideration for once’s accomplishments.
