      It's encouraging, uplifting, highly inspirational and there's always so much to do. No day is like the day before, which makes it fun, motivating and challenging

      Cons

      Hours are long. Expect to work many weekends and until late. The pay isn't high enough for the amount of work. There is also a high rate of turn over
