      The benefits were better than other places.

      Caseload became more than triple what I was told it would be limited to.

      Pros

      I received work experience. I learned that boundaries aren't just for clients, but also employers.

      Cons

      Workload is unrealistic. Management is more concerned with looking good that doing good. Mental health organization that couldn't care less about employee mental health. Admin supports employees by doing the bare minimum, not a single person in upper management goes above and beyond as if they actually care about the work they are doing.

      Pros

      The culture is incomparable when it comes to work life balance. The company support is truly genuine and has opportunity for growth and longevity.

      Cons

      Being a non-profit the pay rates are a little low. Not deal breakers though as they contribute towards benefits.
