Pros

Not being micromanaged being able to make your own client schedule and not working on the weekends

Cons

The pressure of seeing all your clients due to lack of company vehicles. Once assigned a car there would always be something wrong with it as well as I was not back to work not even a full 2 months from a medical leave and they terminated me I won't say why but I feel they were very wrong for that Bad vibes and tension in the office certain people talk to certain people management only talks to certain staff members and that was frustrating

Cons

-Expensive Insurance Plans -Disorganized -Staff Turnover (social workers and clerical staff)
