      Loved my coworkers and management Understanding, flexible, and great with supporting you to be there.

      Cons

      High employee turnover due to job not being for everyone working with different populations. Leads to higher caseload and sometimes not receiving support for valid reasons.

      Can get stressful at times. Can't advance unless you have master's degree in social services.
