      Cons

      INCREDIBLY TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. Management and upper management don't care about you, you are replaceable. They will minimally train you and expect you to perform miracles. No work/life balance.

      Good company gone downhill

      Pros

      They have great benefits , time off if you can take it ,work car and clothing allowance

      Cons

      Hours weekends holidays being on call , working with caustic chemicals. Filling in help when there not enough staff. Base pay rate , how they chart sales numbers , increased outlandish goals. I hit my goals 8-10 years. Getting promoted they are more worried about image then promoting with in.

      Pros

      1. Management is helpful. 2. Innovations and thinking out of the box are highly encouraged & respected. 3. Pay for performance: you get rise in your salary as per you perform in your work. If you are good in your work then you don't have to worry. If you are not so good then don't worry leadership team helps you a lot. 4. Employee engagement is the key to success, this is one thing that Ecolab deeply believes. 5. One Ecolab, you are free to talk with anyone in the organization and everyone will help you thoroughly.

      Cons

      Nothing as such. Ecolab management finds out the gaps on regular intervals and try to fill them as soon as possible.
