Heavy pressure to address all installs, emergency calls, daily, weekly, and monthly commitments. All while keeping to your sales budget determined by people who have not been in your role in 10 years. On call 24/7 with expectation that you address late night calls. No on call compensation.

Lack of support, no clear direction of where the team is going, and upper management has no empathy. When switched to new management, no trust was instilled.
