Pros

I believe Doug Baker made a tremendous move acquiring Nalco. Nalco is reputable but the old Ecolab is a complete mess

Cons

Pest division is in chaos and would not recommend joining that division. They are looking back to 15 years ago when they grew and did not have same situations as today. Competitors have far superior knowledge. Ecolab believes that spending money on training to performing same overpriced service will make things great. They have multiple states that are a complete mess and it will be a matter of time before many more customers cancel service because the knowledge and experience are leaving the company as soon as they can. They created a segment to audit large food plants . Good idea but their software is outdated by ten years. Not to mention that the employees are burnt out. Too bad that they have good people but treat them poorly
